Tim Bell is a Real Estate Appraiser and has been actively engaged in the Real Estate industry since 1977. Types of real estate appraised/reviewed include commercial, industrial, vacant land, farm and ranch, special purpose properties and residential. Appraisals completed/reviewed have involved both improved and proposed improvements. His experience includes work in both banking and private sectors.
Mr. Bell has significant environmental experience as being head of the environmental section of FAMCO (a division of Bank One Management and Consulting Corporation). He has dealt with properties involving underground storage tanks, endangered species, asbestos and hazardous chemicals.
